Further dilutions should be made in appropriate buffered solutions. |

As a monomer made of seven amphipathic helices, IL-19 has a helical bundle and shares the same cell surface receptor (IL-20R) with IL-20 and IL-24. It may play some important roles in inflammatory responses because it up-regulates IL-6 and TNF-alpha and induces apoptosis. |
